Have owned the microwave for a month. It started a small rattling noise after two weeks. The plastic coating that covers the numbers on the control panel has started to blister and peel on ONE of the touch pads. Instructions state not to remove this coating. Following the instructions carefully I tried to soften butter for a recipe. But it completely melted. It is honestly too soon to recommend or not to recommend this item.
